All products will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability.
Orders are sent in plain packaging. However, please note that for delivery purposes, our return name & address will be shown in one corner of the address label (in small font, without our logo).
You will only be charged once per order for delivery and gift boxing (if applicable) however many separate shipments we make to you.
UK CUSTOMERS
STANDARD DELIVERY
Within 3-5 working days from despatch: £2.50
- Your orders will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.
- A signature may be required on receipt.
- Please note that it is not possible for you to collect your order in person from our distribution centre.
- Unfortunately we can not deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
- In the event of a Royal Mail strike, we will switch our deliveries to other carriers to avoid delays to your delivery.
EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS
We ship to customers inside the European Union using standard delivery which takes 4-8 working days from despatch.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
We ship to international customers using International standard delivery which will take 10-14 days from despatch.
You may be liable to pay import duty or tax on goods entering your country. The amount of duty depends on your country and the type of goods and their value.Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. We have no control over these charges.
If you have any queries on duties payable, please contact your local Customs authority.
RETURNS
We try to make sure everything we sell will make you happy, but if you ever do need to send anything back to us, you can find full return instructions on the back of your invoice, or check out our condition of use.
